Abu Dhabi will introduce a new category of commercial motorcycle license plates starting January 1, 2025, according to the Integrated Transport Centre (AD Mobility).
Yellow plates will be designated for commercial bicycles, while red plates will continue to be used for individual bicycles. Owners are required to replace their bicycle plates when their ownership expires, when changing the plate, or when altering its number, as stated by AD Mobility. This initiative aims to improve transportation organization and enhance road safety in Abu Dhabi.
